What the charity does
We provide a communal garden for growing together. It has six growing areas, a polytunnel and a sensory garden. Our lead gardener is on site twice a week, when we encourage volunteers to come and work by sowing, planting, harvesting produce which is available to local people and food outlets for a small donation. Those already with skills can work unsupervised and would-be gardeners can learn alongside these folk. There are other handy person tasks which need doing.
