How to cancel
Email [email protected] from the address that manages the plan, or reply to any invoice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — your paid features stay live until then. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.
Monthly plans
- Cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the current billing month.
- No partial-month refunds after the 14-day window — the remainder of the month is the service period.
- 14-day full-refund window: cancel within 14 days of the plan starting and we refund the first payment in full.
Annual plans
- We email a renewal reminder at least 14 days before each annual renewal.
- Cancel before renewal and no further payment is taken.
- If you cancel an annual plan partway through, we refund the unused whole months pro-rata, minus one month as an administration allowance.
When we end a plan
If we end a plan because a charity is removed from the Charity Commission register, enters insolvency, or becomes subject to a statutory inquiry, we refund the unused period pro-rata. We may also refuse or end a plan where supplied content breaches our terms of use — in that case refunds are at our discretion.
How refunds arrive
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 working days. All prices exclude VAT; refunds include any VAT charged. Nothing here limits your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
