Common questions

Does it cost anything for a charity to claim its profile? +

No. An approved free claim includes an attributed description and claimed status, with an optional reviewed logo. Corrections, right of reply and score embeds are also free. Optional paid memberships add enhanced presentation, reporting and labelled promotion, never a better score or rated-list position.

Can a charity change its Clarity Score? +

No one can buy or edit a score. Scores are our independent reading of public UK regulator filings. If you believe the underlying data is wrong, request a correction with evidence and we will re-check it.

How do you verify that I represent the charity? +

We confirm requests against the charity's registered contact details held by its UK regulator before publishing any change.
