Does paying improve our score?
No. The Clarity Score and all ranking order are computed solely from Charity Commission filings. Paying for a membership cannot change your score, move you up a rated list, or remove unfavourable filing data — paid features are presentation tools and clearly-labelled visibility only.
What does the free listing include?
Everything donors need to trust you: a full rated profile built from your Charity Commission filings, the ability to claim and verify your details, and a permanent place in every ranking your score earns. Paid tiers only add presentation features and clearly-labelled visibility.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract and you can cancel anytime. Your profile stays listed and your score does not change when you cancel — because it was never connected to payment.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT. VAT, where applicable, is added on your invoice.
Do you take a commission on donations?
Never. Donate buttons link to your own donation page and we do not process donations — every pound a donor gives goes to you.
