The Ups and Downs Theatre Group was formed in 1995 to provide a fun creative outlet for young people with Down Syndrome and their families. Our cast come from all backgrounds, ages and abilities where there is a welcoming space for everyone to explore the joy of theatre, encouraging all to participate and promote self-expression and confidence. We are a parent led theatre group and encourage our parents to get involved in many aspects to help in the smooth running of the group.
