The Charity exists to encourage educational, leisure and creative pursuits for those retired from full time work. It does this principally through specific interest groups, each organised by a volunteer leader, of which there were 29 during the 2024-25 financial year. In addition there is a monthly meeting open to all members at which a guest speaker makes a presentation on a topic of interest, and an annual outing.
