What the charity does

The charity organises literature events, and aims to make these events accessible to the socially and economically disadvantaged. Thus contributing to the wider culture and community spirit within North Ayrshire. We hold an annual book festival in September each year, consisting of a series of author events for both adults and children, as well as a number of 'taster' author events throughout the year. We take authors into local schools and these events are free to all who attend. We also host various writing workshops, some of these are free of charge to specific sectors of the community.
