The Tayside Institute is a large building set in the middle of our Community High Street, We aim to enhance the social, physical and mental health of our community by providing a space for activities such as yoga, Badminton, Karate, youth clubs, Mother and toddler groups and lunch clubs. We also work closely with Fife Council who run Job Clubs, Adult Learning Classes and many more projects.
