The charity runs regular group singing sessions for anyone with a lung condition or who struggles with breathlessness in East Lothian and Midlothian. Sessions are also available online via Zoom for those who may be unable to attend in-person. The sessions commence with exercises warming up the body, breath and voice. These are designed to promote healthy breathing and to help participants manage their breathlessness.
