Our charity is set up principally to make grants to charitable causes in Scotland. We do this by supporting projects in Langholm which make the town a better place in which to live and by making grants to talented young people in Scotland to enable them to fulfil their potential in sport. the arts and in education. The priority for the trustees is to reverse the economic, social and physical decline of Langholm. We have done this by purchasing derelict, redundant or simply vacant properties which have become an eyesore and refurbishing them to be made available to social enterprises, business…
