(a) To aid by grants from the funds of the Society for and towards the education, maintenance and advancement in life of Orphans of Ministers, Missionaries and Deaconesses of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland. Such assistance shall, in each case, be given with due regard to the circumstances and needs of such orphans. Each case must be reconsidered at the annual period of distribution. Except in cases of students for the Ministry, no assistance shall be given to persons above 25 years of age. Preference shall be given to orphans who have lost both parents.
