Provide payments to ladies who are either single or widowed, who are either native of or live within a certain radius of Dundee City Centre, and whose income is below a certain level. Application forms are sent annually to ladies who have previously received payments. eligibility is assessed. and payments are made twice a year. We have made contact with a number of other institutions to try to find more beneficiaries, and occasionally further applications are received. The trustees do not make payments to students.
