Sessions include fun pre-school classes where children learn with a parent or carer, a quieter class for ASN gymnasts and recreational classes for children and adults to enjoy themselves whilst keeping fit and socialising. For those with more ambition, we run competitive classes and a high performance squad in both Trampoline and Double Mini Trampoline.
