Soma's Light was set up after the loss our 15 years of child Soma Veres to suicide. Our mission is to better the Orkney Young People's mental health. We organise awareness raising events about ill mental heath, self harm, suicide in our community with the goal of breaking down stigma attached to these issues. We also organise trainings, to enable our community to spot sings, help others during difficult and challenging time in their professional or personal life.
