SECTT's sole function is the management of the SJIB Training Schemes. this is carried out by ensuring that the training requirements are met and that all apprentices and adult trainees are monitored, both on and off site. SECTT does this by means of a highly skilled team of Training Officers, Assessment Centre staff and Administrative Support staff. SECTT also organise the collection and distribution of financial assistance for training and assist employers with their recruitment of apprentices and adult trainees.
