What does Scotland The Bread do?

To research and promote the growth of better, more nutient dense grains to both improve health and food security. We have recently (July 26) ceased our milling operations and flour production/sales effort and plan to further our aims by engaging more with agroecological research projects with whom we are already well connected, in particular to translate research into advocacy and to amplify its impact by making real bread more accessible. We will persevere in support of urgently required system change in the growing, milling, and baking of our staple food.
