Providing a recreational facility with a shore landing pontoon, and complementary visitor’s moorings, which enables safe and easy access to Loch Fyne for the Strachur Community, and visitors alike. The versatility of the structure enables a range of marine sport and leisure activities including boating, sailing, cruising, fishing and swimming. In more recent times paddle boarding has also become popular for all age groups. Advancing environmental protection, and improvement by involving young people to become more familiar with, and respectful of the local marine environment
