We have also supported them through the parent charity's Wellness at Sea products and its peer-to-peer groups which our Scottish staff assist in providing. The Wellness at Sea programme gives Scottish seafarers the tools to manage issues like loneliness, money worries, stress and relationship breakdown before they turn into a crisis needing help and advice. We also give monetary grants to those in need.
