What the charity does

PATH was set up to address the issue of under-representation of black/minority ethnic communities in Housing and related sectors across Scotland via Positive Action training programmes. Trainees are placed with RSLs and LAs to gain on the job experience, whilst attaining a housing qualification. We provide support to the trainees and placement organisations throighout the 3-year traineeship. We also provide employability support and leadership courses.
