Lingo Flamingo uses the power of foreign languages to support older adults in care homes and day centres. Research shows that language learning can increase our cognitive health, we therefore deliver inclusive and accessible foreign language classes in care homes and community centres to increase the cognitive health, well-being and self-esteem of our students. Since launching in 2015, we have provided over 8,000 classes to over 6,000 older adults across Scotland.
