What does Kemback Green Spaces do?

The charity was established following an attempt by a private person to purchase publicly owned space at Kemback. This led to a vigorous local campaign to have Fife Council abandon the proposed transaction, which it did. To prevent any such action in the future a group was established under the aegis of the Community Council to form a SCIO and buy all 4.5 acres of land at Kemback by the Council to preserve the land for public use in perpetuity. With the SCIO established we have achieved Stage 1 of the acquisition process and are proceeding to Stage 2.
