Our charity was set-up to help local people from surrounding areas in Kilsyth. As we all get older, people are especially vulnerable to loneliness and social isolation. This can have an impact on our health and we feel that ways to overcome loneliness is with regular contact with people who are in the same position with being on their own. It can be a hard thing to reach out. We meet up every 2 weeks on a Tuesday and run from September - May. We do bingo with raffle prizes, local singers come along and we have a light lunch. We try to plan ahead with some outings (Christmas panto or lunch) an…
