Our main purpose is to work in collaboration with Inverclyde Council’s Community Learning & Development in the delivery of the DofE, targeting young people living in all areas of Inverclyde. As Inverclyde is an area of social deprivation with low employment and many young people facing huge challenges our group provides equipment and costs for training and expeditions required to gain the award, alongside opportunities for volunteering and help choosing activities.
