What does Hillend Allotments do?

Our charity is set up to provide and maintain community allotments and a community orchard, giving local people opportunities to grow their own fruit, vegetables and flowers. We promote organic gardening and growing, healthy outdoor activity, environmental awareness and a strong sense of community. We manage the allotment site and orchard, support plot holders and encourage the sharing of skills, knowledge and resources.
