We have a contract from Argyll & Bute Integration Joint Board for the delivery of services to carers in line with the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016. We support young and adult carers by making as assessment of their needs and personal outcomes, using an adult carers support plan or young carers statement, and if these meet the threshold of the Argyll & Bute Eligibility Criteria, we will pass the assessment to Social Work Staff who will consider providing a support package.
