The Guardbridge Community Development Trust was set up in December 2017 as there had been no community hub in the village for over 19 years. Since the Trust was set up a further 335 properties have been built in the village , 100 of which are available for rent from Fife Council. The aim of the trust is to promote community development, citizenship and social inclusion for all ages. The trust provide a monthly lunch club for over 60’s, anyone with disabilities or social inclusion issues.
