Grangemouth Community Care was established to support the elderly of our town by providing specialised transport two days a week to allow them to attend a lunch club, therefore, helping to improve their socialisation and wellbeing, and reducing any potential loneliness. Every Tuesday and Thursday, we endeavour to provide a bit of fun and enrichment while the elderly are in our care. This is done by interacting with them and being aware of what they have been doing and showing a caring interest.
