Provide health and wellness to people in later life. There are 40 walking groups within the charity, walking regularly. We run 2 big meetings each year for members to share new walks, to participate in a wide range of activities both sporting and crafting, usually attended by 200 or so members. We run 2 walks weeks each year, to encourage folk to mix and try new walks. We run training courses in first aid for the outdoors, map reading and walk leader training.
