What the charity does

We exist to enhance the health and wellbeing of the community of Central Aberdeenshire. We provide services to all age groups targeting those from disadvantaged backgrounds and are socially isolated. Our aims are to: Provide support to reduce the effects of food poverty/food insecurity. Reduce social isolation to improve mental wellbeing. Empower all to make healthy food choices. We do this by providing practical food skills, food knowledge and food education in a supported environment. We also provide social sessions for those in the community to attend and socialise.
