We are a voluntary led charity that provide social inclusion & recreational services to some of the most vulnerable adults within our community & their carers/loved ones, these social events/activities helps to improve their mental health & well being, essentially breaking down the barriers of social isolation for many. We meet once a week (Tuesday between 11am-2pm at Inchgarth Community Centre) for a social group, where we get together & enjoy ourselves with various things happening.
