The FCAC is set up to support and promote interest in the City Art Centre and in Edinburgh Council’s Museums and Galleries. We do this by making grants to help acquire items for the permanent collection of The City Art Centre and Edinburgh Museums and Galleries. The FCAC also arrange visits to places of interest to the Friends as well as lectures and social events. Funds are raised by these events and membership subscriptions.
