The Association is established to relieve poverty, hardship and distress, advance education and promote the health and wellbeing of the inhabitants of Phnom Penh city and its environs of Cambodia with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular: (a) to advance education through the provision of language classes; (b) to relieve povertyand improve the health of children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers living in the slum villages on the outskirts of Phnom Penh by providing a weekly feeding programme.
