School in a Bag’s registered activities describe providing rucksacks of learning and other essential resources to disadvantaged, orphaned and disaster-affected children around the world.
The intervention is specific: resources that help a child participate in learning. A broad international aid organisation may deliver a different mix of emergency relief, services and education. Start with the international cause review, then compare organisations doing a similar job.

Before judging effectiveness, ask how delivery partners select recipients, confirm receipt and follow up on use. Counts of SchoolBags distributed need a period, location and definition: bags prepared, shipped and received are different observations. Evidence about school attendance or learning would need its own method and limitations.
Institutional grants and programme expenditure can overlap in the accounts. Do not add them together as separate evidence of impact. Check restricted appeals and the charity’s official donation route before giving.
