Can Do strives to ensure disabled young people do not experience social isolation as a result of their disability. We do this by running school holiday playscheme provisions and term time youth clubs to offer regular social interaction within a safe and supported environment. Providing skilled, experienced staff and volunteers we ensure young people can access services independently from their parent/carers.
